FEATURED COLLECTION
Our Promise
Inspired by nature. Grounded in science.
Solmi combines evidence-informed practices with thoughtfully crafted products designed to support your everyday rituals.
We don't believe wellness should feel overwhelming.
We believe it should feel possible.
Every ingredient, every material, and every detail is chosen with intention—so caring for yourself feels simple enough to return to tomorrow.
Our Story
Solmi didn't begin with a product.
It began with a feeling.
As a little girl, I spent every summer at my grandparents' home in Poland.
Life moved differently there.
There was tea steeping in the kitchen, fruit picked straight from the garden, long evenings on the balcony, and a grandmother who never hurried through life. She never spoke about mindfulness or nervous system regulation, yet somehow everyone around her felt calmer in her presence.
Years later, after navigating chronic illness, months of medical appointments, and searching for answers, I found myself thinking about those summers again.
I realized I wasn't just remembering my grandmother.
I was remembering how she made me feel.
Safe.
Present.
At home.
Solmi was born from the desire to bring that feeling into everyday life.
Not through perfection.
Through ordinary rituals practiced with intention.
Our Philosophy
The smallest moments often shape us the most.
We believe healing isn't found in one perfect morning routine.
It's built through the quiet moments we return to again and again.
A warm shower before the day begins.
A deep breath before walking into a difficult conversation.
A cup of tea after everyone else has gone to bed.
A card that reminds you to pause.
These moments may seem ordinary.
We believe they're anything but.
THE JOURNAL
Stories worth slowing down for.
Every Sunday, I share another chapter of the story that led to Solmi.
Every Thursday, I write a letter for anyone navigating stress, change, grief, motherhood, chronic illness, or simply the feeling of having drifted away from themselves.
You're always welcome here.
